Aurum’s name derives from the Latin word for gold. The ultimate symbol of luxury, wealth and victory to most, but in alchemy, gold held a greater significance. To alchemists, it stood for purity, perfection and spiritual enlightenment, and for these reasons they sought to transform other metals into gold. In Aurum, raw ingredients have been distilled and transformed into pure magic.
