CACTI by RÉGIME DES FLEURS is a vivid, crisp, and quenching fragrance, designed as a tribute to a sparkling oasis and the miracle of water. It opens with a bright, zesty burst of Italian bergamot, complemented by the unique green nuance of shiso leaf and a delicate touch of violet. As it develops, the scent reveals a heart of refreshing cucumber water, soft mimosa, and the creamy, ethereal quality of heliotrope and jasmine sambac, creating a watery floral impression. The dry down settles into a comforting base of earthy black tea, herbaceous maté, and a cool, crisp amber, evoking the sensation of a serene, succulent garden. Perfumer: Mathieu Nardin

About RÉGIME DES FLEURS
Régime des Fleurs means reign of flowers.
Instead of a political and social system ruled by force, we imagine a world of nature, culture and beauty.
Founded by Alia Raza, a visual artist turned perfumer, we are known for our conceptual yet classical fragrances in minimalist packaging that references the ornate.
Mathieu Nardin is a French perfumer from Grasse, born into a family of fragrance artisans. Trained at ISIPCA in Versailles, he joined Robertet, where he became known for his elegant, modern style and refined use of natural materials. Nardin has created perfumes for both niche and luxury houses, including Miller Harris, Etro, Memo Paris, and Laboratorio Olfattivo, often drawing on his heritage and love of raw ingredients to craft scents that balance tradition and innovation.
Alia Raza is an American artist, filmmaker, and perfumer, and the founder of the niche fragrance house Régime des Fleurs, launched in 2014. Raised in Buffalo, New York, she studied film and fine arts at New York University and Columbia University before gaining recognition in the art world for her video installations, which have been exhibited at the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Centre Pompidou, and the Berlin Biennale. Her background in conceptual, visually rich storytelling became the foundation for her distinctive approach to perfume-making.
Through Régime des Fleurs, Raza has collaborated with master perfumers like Dominique Ropion and cultural figures including Chloë Sevigny to create fragrances such as Little Flower, Rock River Melody, and Tóor-Tóor. Known for blending historical references, botanical inspiration, and sculptural design, her work emphasizes originality over trends, positioning Régime des Fleurs as a brand where contemporary art and luxury fragrance meet.
