Olivier Polge is a French perfumer from Grasse and the son of renowned Chanel perfumer Jacques Polge. Trained at Charabot and ACM after studying art history, he began his career at International Flavors & Fragrances, where he helped create major successes such as Dior Homme, Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb, and Lancôme La Vie Est Belle. Since 2015 he has been the in-house perfumer at Chanel, signing key creations including Misia, Boy, N°5 L’Eau, Gabrielle and Bleu de Chanel Parfum, and is celebrated for his refined, often minimalist style and modern re-interpretations of iconic themes.
