Michel Almairac
Michel Almairac, born in Grasse, France in 1953, began his perfumery journey at age 18 by attending the renowned Roure Bertrand Dupont school (now part of Givaudan). He has worked for companies including Takasago, Creations Aromatiques, Drom, and Robertet since the late 1990s, creating over 100 fragrances for brands like Dior, Burberry, Gucci, Chloé, and Montblanc. Notable works include Eau de Gucci, Parle Moi de Parfum's Totally White, and scents for Bottega Veneta and Zadig & Voltaire, establishing him as a master perfumer blending tradition with modern innovation.
