    Yves Cassar is a French perfumer born in North Africa, who studied biochemistry at the University of Nice and discovered perfumery through analyzing natural essences during an internship in Grasse. Mentored by Claude Ellena, he joined IFF in 1998 as a Senior Perfumer and Vice President, specializing in natural raw materials, upcycled ingredients, and notable fragrances like Tom Ford pour Homme. His work emphasizes exploration, storytelling through scent, and creating emotional, skin-reactive perfumes that blend natural and synthetic elements.
