Ineke Ruhland is a Dutch-born, San Francisco–based perfumer and founder of the niche fragrance brand INEKE. Trained at ISIPCA in Versailles and experienced with major perfume houses in Europe before launching her own line in 2006, she is celebrated for her refined compositions that weave narrative and emotion into modern, wearable art. Blending classical French technique with a distinctly creative, West Coast sensibility, Ineke’s work embodies both sophistication and storytelling in perfumery.
