Lyn Harris, a Yorkshire-born and Scotland-raised perfumer, began her career with a Saturday job in a Halifax perfume shop before training classically in Paris and at Robertet in Grasse, France, and working for an LVMH brand. She founded the luxury fragrance house Miller Harris in 2000, which she exited in 2013, and launched Perfumer H in 2015 to showcase her artisanal, nature-inspired scents like Ink, Petitgrain, Salt, and Smoke. Renowned for her subtle, material-focused fragrances, she consults for brands including Manolo Blahnik, Givenchy, and Cire Trudon, and has been recognized as a finalist in the Francois Coty Awards.
