Born in 1973 near Reims, France, Marie Duchêne pursued her lifelong passion for perfumery by studying chemistry and training at ISIPCA in Versailles from 1994, where she mastered raw materials, accords, perfume history, and chemistry. Her internships in Grasse led to apprenticeships with various fragrance companies, culminating in founding MD Fragrances in 2002 in Mougins, offering bespoke perfumes, candles, and natural cosmetics using high-quality sourced ingredients. As a Senior Perfumer at Givaudan, she has created fragrances for brands like Molinard, Laboratorio Olfattivo, Nobile 1942, Demeter, Le Galion, and others, emphasizing exceptional, emotion-driven compositions with her skilled team.
